"Where Happy is the Main Ingredient," as they said it. The people of Woodland Hills will be happy as Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market is opening its new branch. Located at 23391 Mulholland Drive, Ste. A-B, this opening continues the expansion of the business as they welcome more people demanding more incredible and healthier food.
Later this year, the business will open its 20th shop in Los Angeles in the old location of Creamistry in the El Camino Shopping Center, next to the 101 Freeway. The Boiling Crab and the new location will be next to one another. It's a great addition to the strip mall, which also houses numerous other companies that promote good health, such as Bristol Farms and Health Nut. Another site in Los Feliz is slated to debut in the fall of 2022, making this the second Los Angeles facility to open in the second half of 2022.
Mendocino Farms, which has locations across Texas and California, is just getting started. The business will open new sites in Anaheim, Encinitas, Santa Clara, Plano, and Preston Oaks before the end of the year. In addition, Mendocino Farms intends to start operations in San Juan Capistrano and Aliso Viejo the following year. By the end of 2023, the business will have at least 46 outlets in California and 10 in Texas.
When these new locations launch, customers can anticipate chef-driven sandwiches and salads crafted with fresh ingredients. Mario Del Pero and Ellen Chen, the concept's co-founders, aimed to create an upscale dining experience that offered much more than just outstanding food when they came up with the idea in 2003. Two years later, the husband-and-wife partnership on Bunker Hill in Downtown Los Angeles established its first location. CEO Kevin Miles is now working to grow the business.
