Update: It’s now official… The Rams are coming to Agoura!!!
Now the lease is not signed, so technically nothing is official, but it looks like the Rams organization is this-close to making Agoura Hills the location of their practice and office facilities until their stadium is finished.

Realty Bancorp Equities, a Woodland Hills-based commercial real estate owner, said negotiations to lease one of its Agoura Hills properties to the Los Angeles Rams continue to move forward and that a deal could be finalized early next week.
The Rams reportedly are looking at a 50,000-square foot office at 29899 Agoura Road across the street from Agoura Hills City Hall as a location for the team’s new headquarters. They are leaving St. Louis after a 20-year stint in that city.
The Rams’ offices would remain in Agoura Hills until 2019 when construction on a new NFL stadium in Inglewood is expected to be completed.
Norman Kravetz, Realty Bancorp owner, called the Rams a “quality organization that would benefit the entire community.”
Rick Principe, the owner of a prominent Conejo Valley commercial real estate company, made the initial announcement that the Rams would be leasing space in Agoura Hills during a Friday morning economic forecast breakfast at Cal Lutheran University. Talks continue regarding the Rams’ use of CLU as a practice facility.
The Rams announced earlier this month that they were looking between Woodland Hills and Thousand Oaks to establish their temporary West Coast headquarters. It appears Agoura Hills will be the spot.
“Should they come to Agoura Hills, we will welcome them with open arms,” said Denis Weber.
