Have you noticed every so quietly over the past few years Calabasas Country Club has been upgrading their swagger style? Well, they have, and the upgrades are not going unnoticed. The Calabasas Country Club has always been a destination for great golf, I have never heard a pep of anything less than a professional-style course, but in addition to their golf atmosphere, it’s the Country Club part that has really stepped up their game.
The Club debuted their impressive fitness center recently and Jeff finally got a spare moment to check it. They have over 6,000 square feet of sweat space where you can find state-of-the-art machines including a cardiovascular center (which I assume has lots of treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, etc.), strength training center (weights, hello), functional training center, indoor group cycling studio (no need to pay for SoulCycle now!), and pilates studio (now you’re speaking my language). It doesn’t stop there! They now offer group classes such as pilates, yoga, cycling, tabata, zumba, and kick boxing! And, of course, they have personal trainers and golf pros.
